I'm having massive trouble trying to play with any of the team when in WaW.

Everytime i invite anyone, no one arrives and i assume this is because it is doing to them - the same thing it i doing to me:

I get an invite saying "name" wants you to join their multiplayer team / multiplayer game, i select "YES" .. it loads... then says unavailable to join selected team/game.

this happends almost everytime. Anyone know why? Its bloody annoying Mad

i don't know the cause but when we were trying to play earlier it happened. In my experince you only join a party 1/5 times you try. I'm not sure if its to do with the players' connections or the game servers Question

what makes you say that, connection issues with CoD4 took over 8 months to be fixed so don't expect anything soon.

good idea but it seems we have two very similar threads about connection. Maybe a mod could tidy things up

It is definitely the connection to each other. Sometimes you are unable to connect to the host because your connection does not like their connection. I have run into this many times. I suggest that you try a different host that everyone can connect to.

I also believe you can't join another person who is in the middle of a match. I tried join a jain that was already in a match just to tell me the game is either not in session, server is full, or something else.

That is also true, if the game is full. Most of the time the game that you are invited into gets filled up before you can join, if the invite came from a game lobby. That is why it is always best to send friend invites before picking a match type so that you can get your group together and enter a game together. If you join a match in progress, even if you were able to join a friend's match, there is no guarantee that you will end up on the same team.

Hey esko, i was only doing this because it worked ONCE as apposed to ZERO amount of times it worked when either i invited you or you invited me into a multiplayer party.

I was and still am REALLY pissed off with the CoD WaW online system. It's SO difficult to join anyone's multiplayer party in order to play in a team - its ridiculous Evil or Very Mad

Maybe its our connections (mine is good, i assume esko's is good).. maybe its server trouble (i know it crashed yesterday).. but whatever it is, it needs to get fixed because i am getting sick of playing with randoms all the time. Most of the time they suck.

They really need to patch the connection problem. It is funny that we sent so many invites and only once were we able to play together lol.
